Our Successful Administrative Leader will have:

Demonstrated passion and commitment to student wellness
Proven track record implementing current best practices in SEL including positive discipline, PBIS, Responsive Classrooms, restorative circles, and similar approaches to classroom management.
At least 2 years of school leadership experience
A desire to serve as a role model to students, teachers, and parents
Strong work ethic and skills to collaborate
Desire to participate actively in a vibrant school community
Commitment to preparing students for high school, college, or seminary and beyond
